Custom Small Business Display
How do you make your signs?
Each sign begins with a custom design in Adobe Illustrator, where I take great care to incorporate your unique branding, including logos and fonts. Once the mockup is approved, I use my Aeon Mira 9 laser machine for precise cutting and engraving, ensuring a professional finish.
I craft my displays from 1/8" high-quality maple plywood, known for its smooth, water-resistant finish. Black or white acrylic accents are available to complement the natural wood for a boho-chic look.

Do you require a deposit?
No, not at this time. Once you fill out the form and we finalize a design you can pay the invoice in full before I start cutting and assembling it.
How do I request a custom order?
To request a custom order, you can email me at megan@archtheorydisplays.com or message me through Etsy to get started. When reaching out, please include the following information to help me bring your vision to life:
- Business Name
- Event date you need it by
- Preferred size/style of display
- SVG logo file, Canva template link, or a high-quality image
- Any brand font names
- QR code image or HTML link for me to convert
- Any slogan/phrases you’d like included
- Extra features (e.g., acrylic accents)

I will design a free mockup within 1-2 days and work with you on any revisions before payment is needed.
What’s the best file format for logos or artwork?
For your logo I will need any vector files such as .SVG. Your graphic designer should have these, or it can be downloaded from Canva if you made it there. Sharing your Canva TEMPLATE link would be a huge help too so I can grab what I need directly. Otherwise please send me a high resolution PNG file with a transparent or white background and dark text so I can convert it.
Please note that if your logo contains color or special effects, I may need to simplify or modify it to ensure it's suitable for engraving or cutting.
A mockup will always be provided to ensure you’re happy with how the logo will look.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, I offer discounts for bulk orders! If you need multiple displays for your business, event, or special occasion, I’m happy to provide a custom quote based on your specific needs. The discount amount will depend on the size of the order, design complexity, and production timeline.
To get started, please reach out with details such as the quantity of displays you need, any design preferences, and your required delivery date. I’ll work with you to ensure the displays meet your vision while offering the best value for your budget.
Delivery & Returns
How long does it take to create and ship my order?
As a solo-run business, I take great care with each custom display. My typical turnaround time is 2 weeks for designing, making, inspecting, and packaging your order, with an additional week for shipping and delivery. Please note that turnaround times may vary slightly based on the complexity of the design or the quantity ordered.
If you need your order sooner, simply provide your design details, event date, and location when requesting rush options. I will provide a quote for expedited shipping and can prioritize your order to meet your deadline.
For larger or highly customized orders, I recommend reaching out early to ensure we can accommodate your timeline.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
If it was custom made, unfortunately I cannot take returns if you don't like it since you likely have seen and approved of a preview before buying.
However, if there is a problem with the quality or functionality of your order I am more than happy to help fix it or send a replacement.
