Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Arch Theory Displays. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized items are only returnable if they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at megan@archtheorydisplays.com. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at megan@archtheorydisplays.com and follow the return instructions above.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
